We're excited to share a recent feature in The Chronicle of Higher Education that highlights the incredible impact of our work in expanding educational opportunities for refugees.

The article highlights the inspiring story of a Rwandan student team, "The Eagles," who won a global student competition co-sponsored by CIEE and the UNHCR. Their passion for education led them to develop a comprehensive mentoring program to break down the barriers preventing displaced students from pursuing higher education.

The Eagles’ innovative program aims to guide refugee students through the complex college application process, provide academic support, and help them adjust to the challenges of higher education.

This initiative aligns perfectly with CIEE’s mission to bridge cultures and create opportunities for students worldwide. We're proud to be part of this effort and are committed to supporting refugee students in achieving their academic dreams.
