Shanghai Science and Technology Museum
Today is Wednesday, June 20th. We went to the Shanghai Museum of Science and Technology and later, the bargaining market.
At the museum, we learned about the rich environment of the rainforests of Asia. In the rainforest exhibit, we went on a scavenger hunt to find a variety of plants and organisms in the rainforest. There were plants like strangler figs, trees with branching roots, and all kinds of decomposers.
After the amazing tour of the exhibition, we made art out of the natural pigment of flowers leaves. We hammered the plants between the cloth using mushroom-shaped hammers. It was really fun! Another great thing is that the colors will not fade from the cloth.
