About the Role

We are seeking a creative and hands-on Development Engineering Intern to assist in expanding our cooling solution to additional manufacturing processes, particularly milling and drilling. This role involves design, adaptation, and prototyping of cooling systems for specialized tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Cooling System Development:

- Contribute to the design and construction of cooling solutions for milling and drilling processes

- Adapt existing cooling systems to new manufacturing methods

- Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize cooling efficiency

Tool-Specific Adaptations:

- Design constructive modifications to the cooling system for specialized tools

- Ensure adaptations meet performance requirements and manufacturing constraints

- Document design changes and their impact on system performance

Implementation:

- Assist in the implementation of new designs and modifications

- Participate in testing and validation of adapted cooling solutions
