About the Role

The intern will learn the most important morphological and functional properties of the skeleton through histological studies on bone samples from human subjects and transgenic mice. The intern will participate in the preparation (by histological, histochemical and immunohistochemical stains) and analysis (by standard microscopy) of histological samples. Furthermore, the intern will learn how to isolate DNA and will perform PCR experiments.
